Problems?

If you’re having difficulties watching the videos, please make sure your software is up to date:

  • Watching the videos on the website requires Adobe Flash, a browser with HTML 5 support, or an iPhone/iPad.
  • Watching the videos after you’ve downloaded them requires Apple Quicktime.

Both Flash and Quicktime are compatible with Windows and Mac and are free of charge.

Your TUTORIAL videos all have a download link, but the videos under OTHER for instance PREPARING A SERVICE #I etcetera do not have a download link, how would I go about downloading them if I want to watch them in QUICKTIME?

Your help in this regard is really appreciated.

  2. Dennis Audet says:

    Joey Human,
After the Other Video file is played from Mark’s web page, if you go to the ‘temporary internet files’ folder, you can copy the mp4 file to a folder of your choice, rename it, and play it with Apple’s Quicktime at your convenience from your local machine.
In Windows Vista, the ‘temporary internet files’ folder is located at C:\Users\windows_user_name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
In other versions of Windows, the exact location of this folder may vary.
    Good Luck…..

    Hi.
The same happens with me as with EM. I download the video and about half way through it stops. I have downloaded with Google Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer. It makes absolutely no difference. Can someone please help us out. Maybe it is just something small we are missing.

Mark, thank you so much brother for all the hard work. It certainly has helped me immensely.

Even though I have a laptop with HD capability the reproduction on the screen has not been HD quality. What might be the reason?

Thank you and may you have a blessed new year.
